Refund policy

We want you to absolutely love your tee. If something's off, we'll make it right. No side quests, no ancient riddles, no decoding a prophecy to figure out the return process.

We'll refund you if:

  • We sent you the wrong item (a clerical error in the archives, not yours)
  • Your shirt arrived damaged or defective

You've got 30 days from your order date to let us know. Consider it your grace period before the portal closes.

To get a refund: Send a raven to support@tomethreads.com with your order number and what went wrong. That's it. No fellowship required.

The fine print: This policy may get updated from time to time. For the most current version, consult support@tomethreads.com. We promise it's shorter than the Silmarillion.

Care instructions: Every order ships with washing instructions so your tee stays soft through every reread. Because a ruined shirt is a tragedy only slightly less devastating than a series that never got its final book.
